		the required ACLPUB templates are customized for each workshop,
		including the following specific information:

		- conference/workshop title
		- date of conference/workshop
		- city, country of local host
		- local publisher name this year
		- copyright statements
		- ISBN Number for proceedings

		- 'meta' file requires to generate your CDROM image
			with correct workshop-specific information

		- check out current ACLPUB package, and install it

		- patch the A4 templates: ToWS.zip

		- replace the aclpub/templates/*.tex files
			with the above .tex files for this year

		- copy the ws$nn/meta to your "proceedings" directory

		- it also includes some minor patches to the bin/* scripts

		- with this version, you only need to select your workshop-specific data
			in the templates directory ... patching the official version is already done

	* Be sure to doubly check whether there is any errors
		with your workshop-specific information after
		making the proceedings

	* Do NOT make significant changes to the templates since
		we want the proceedings to have the same style
		across workshops/conferences.
